Evan Orth

Evan is the QB1 coach for the Jacksonville, Florida location. He is brothers to Perry
Orth and was raised in Jacksonville, Florida where he played football at Fletcher High
School under former Florida Gator offensive lineman Josh Corey. As a Head Coach,
Corey was 48-15 in 5 seasons and reached the state semifinals in 2011 as well as
back-to-back regional finals the next year. During Evan’s high school career, he became
the All-Time passing leader in all categories for season and career as well as leading his

team to the most wins during his tenure than any other in Fletcher’s 75-year
history.


In 2014, Evan redshirted his freshman season at UAB under Head Coach Bill Clark
and OC/QB Coach, Bryant Vincent. Vincent coached the Blazers to their best
offensive season in program history which resulted in 21 school records and winning the
program’s first Conference USA title. Soon after, Evan transferred to South Alabama
due to the termination of the football program.


Evan is a 2018 graduate from the University of South Alabama, where he played under
Head Coach Steve Campbell. Campbell was previously the Head Coach at Central
Arkansas where he won the conference title and was named Southland Coach of the
Year. He was a 2-time National Champion as a head coach in Division 2.
During Evan’s senior year in 2018, he had a 65% completion percentage and was
right at 1,800 passing yards with 11 touchdownsRushed for 173 yards and 1
touchdown.
He was voted by his teammates as Team Captain during the 2018 season
and was named All Conference player two weeks in a row vs the Texas State Bobcats
which he threw for 266 yards and 2 touchdowns and the Memphis Tigers with 360
passing yards and 3 touchdowns.

  • 56-yard run to the 4-yard line against the Idaho Vandals in 2017
  • Threw for close to 2,000 passing yards in senior year
  • Single game passing record: 360 passing yards & 3 touchdowns vs. Memphis Tigers who were rated 9th best secondary in country at the time.
  • Against in state rival, the Troy Trojans, he threw for 275 yards and 2
    touchdowns
  • Threw 30-yard TD pass against the Oklahoma State Cowboys
  • Career long 76-yard TD pass vs Coastal Carolina
  • Career long 59-yard run vs LA Tech on 4th and 2. Longest 4th down run incollege football the past 3 years.
  • Against the #1 defense in the Sun Belt, he threw for 225 yards with acompletion percentage of 61% vs Appalachian State
